Our reading room has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and productive environment, allowing you to delve deep into our archive materials without distractions. Booking and Access

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that you book your visit to the reading room in advance by emailing us at richardrobertsarchive@gmail.com. This allows our dedicated staff to prepare the materials you wish to examine and provide personalised assistance tailored to your research needs.

Please note that due to the nature of our collections and to maintain the integrity of our archives, we operate a strict access policy. We require 72 hrs notice prior to your visit to gather the materials which you would like to view during your visit - we do not offer any in person ‘on demand’ services.

Visitors are required to present two forms of identification, one of which must be a passport or driver's licence. We reserve the right to deny access for any reason, at any time.
